agisra provides extensive information and public education work, also with the aim of transmitting political demands to society, authorities and decision-makers in politics, and also to call for a critical discussion of these issues.
To achieve this, agisra gives interviews on radio, television or newspapers. agisra-collaborators participate in discussion and information sessions as speakers.
Main topics are the legal and social situation of migrant women, racism, violence against women, such as forced marriage, domestic violence, trafficking and the role of the § 31 residence and the criminalization of migrant and refugee women.
At regular intervals, agisra offers legal seminars for employees of women counselling centres and women shelters, as well as to other women interested who can act as disseminators.
