The agisra team consists of twelve women, most of whom come from migrant backgrounds themselves. The team is made up of social pedagogues, social workers, educators, a special needs educator, a motopedic and office administrators.
Once a week we gather for a team meeting. We also expand our knowledge through internal training courses and sharing experiences.
